Kidding.. If it did someone call TLC I have a new show for them okurrrrrrr.
But I have a very deep and currently a new found love for Rust-oleums Ink blue . Like serious love. Like spray tan me in the stuff and call it a day kind of love.
I'll say it again - I freaking love it. So much so that I painted not one but three pieces with the same ink blue and currently have another two on the way .
Fair to say the blue man group is officially welcomed in my home.
But its the first spray I've come across that did a few things that truly impressed me when it came to wood work .
Its also not the first time I've used Rust-oleum so I'm fairly accustomed to their stuff but this spray was the first that did a few things -
No Drip
Pure and Strong Colour
Enhanced Colour without recoating
Solid cover
Beautiful sheen
I've used their coastal blue before which I was hoping was a more rich colour and I had to spray a few times to get a nice blend . But this rich pigment really picked up beautifully with these pieces and is a firm favorite in my books.
Finishing the stool and table off with a little wax did just the trick in really pushing that colour and I have plans to test out some of the rest of this colourful range in getting my kitchen stools ready for some colourful flavour.
Even my little pups loved it!
